Getting started

What is an AI agent, in plain terms?

An AI agent is software that can understand a request, look up the information it needs, decide on a next step and carry it out in your tools—within the limits you set. Think of it as a capable assistant for one specific workflow.

How is this different from a chatbot?

A chatbot answers questions. An agent does work: it reads documents, updates records, prepares drafts and moves tasks forward. It can also talk to people, but the conversation is only one part of the job.

How do we know which workflow to start with?

Look for work that happens often, follows rules, relies on information you can access and has someone who owns it. Our quick readiness check can help, or we can run an opportunity workshop with your team.

Building and running agents

Do we need to replace our existing systems?

No. Agents work with the tools you already use, such as email, your CRM, finance systems, spreadsheets and internal databases. We connect only what the agent needs.

Which AI models do you use?

We choose the model that suits the task, your security requirements and your budget. We can work with the providers your organisation has already approved.

What happens after launch?

We monitor the agent closely at first, report results against the agreed measures and improve it based on feedback. After that, we can keep running it with you or hand it over to your team.

Safety and data

Can the agent make mistakes?

Yes, like any person or system. That is why we set autonomy action by action, add approvals for anything sensitive, and design the agent to pause and hand over when it is unsure. See how we keep agents accountable.

Where does our data go?

Data is used only within the systems and providers you approve. We agree access, storage and retention with your IT and security teams before anything is connected.

Can we see what the agent did?

Yes. Important actions and decisions are recorded so your team can review what happened, when and why.

Working together

How much time will our team need to give?

Mostly the workflow owner’s time for decisions and a few short sessions with the people who do the work. We ask for real examples to test with and regular feedback after launch.

How is pricing worked out?

Each engagement is scoped to one workflow and priced once we understand it. You will see a fixed scope and cost before any work begins. See ways to work together.

What if the pilot does not deliver?

Then we tell you plainly, explain why and recommend what to do next—whether that is adjusting the agent, choosing a different workflow or stopping.

Still wondering?

Ask us about your own workflow.

General answers only go so far. Tell us about the work and we will give you a specific one.
