Trust

Autonomous where useful. Accountable everywhere.

An agent is only valuable if your team can rely on it. We design every agent with clear permissions, visible decisions and a safe path back to a person.

Levels of autonomy

Every action gets the right amount of freedom.

We set autonomy action by action, not agent by agent. A single agent can observe one thing, suggest another and act alone on a third.

Level 1

Observe

The agent reads and summarises. It changes nothing.

For example: Summarises new support tickets each morning.
Level 2

Suggest

The agent prepares drafts and recommendations for a person to use.

For example: Drafts a reply that an agent reviews and sends.
Level 3

Act with approval

The agent completes the work once a person approves it.

For example: Rebooks a transfer after a coordinator confirms.
Level 4

Act and report

The agent completes low-risk work alone and reports what it did.

For example: Updates a CRM record after a logged call.

Agents start lower on this scale and move up only when results show they are ready, with your agreement.

Control by design

Four commitments in every agent we build.

These are not settings added at the end. They shape the design from the first conversation.

Human checkpointsApproval stays with people for sensitive or high-impact actions.
Clear boundariesAgents use only the data and tools needed for their role.
Visible actionsImportant decisions and system changes are recorded and can be reviewed.
Measured outcomesSuccess is judged by business results, not activity alone.
Your data

Your information stays yours.

We work within your security and privacy rules, and we agree the details with your IT team before anything is connected.

Least access

Agents get the smallest set of permissions their role needs, and nothing more.

Approved systems only

Data is used inside the tools and environments you approve for the agent.

Records you can review

Actions and decisions are logged so your team can see what happened and why.

Retention on your terms

Logs and working data are kept only as long as your policies allow.

When something looks wrong

A clear path back to a person.

No agent is perfect. What matters is what happens when it is unsure or makes a mistake.

  1. Pause

The agent stops when confidence is low or a rule is unclear, instead of guessing.

  2. Hand over

The case goes to the right person with everything the agent has found so far.

  3. Review

The workflow owner can see the full record of what the agent did and why.

  4. Improve

We adjust the agent’s rules or context so the same issue is handled better next time.

Questions from your security team?

We are happy to go through the details with them.

Bring your IT, security or compliance colleagues into the first conversation. We would rather answer questions early than late.
